Kanoo Information Technology Hosts Digital Workplace Trends Event

Kanoo Information Technology, Bahrain’s leading IT Services Company, held an event to discuss digital trends in the workplace and how they can improve productivity, flexibility and results. The event, held at the Capital Club, was in partnership with Aruba Networks, a Hewlett-Packard company, and Unify an ATOS company.

The event was attended by around 40 customers and industry peers who discussed the latest advances in digital workplaces and how these can be properly utilised to boost productivity for businesses across any sector. Hosting the event were Mr. Waleed Kanoo, Director at Ebrahim K. Kanoo, Mr. Ramgopal Menon, General Manager of Kanoo Information Technology, Mr. Nezar Qsrawi, Country Manager – Kuwait & Bahrain Aruba Networks and Mr. Asif Khan, Channel Director – Middle East – Unify and Mr. Roshan Neville Sequeira- General Manager –TechAccess.

Discussing the need for innovative solutions, Mr. Kanoo explained; “As more and more companies go digital, it is vital for Kanoo IT to offer our customers the best and most advanced services and solutions to streamline their business. A recent challenge was to find a mobile platform to maximise employee and customer engagement and also be beneficial to the business.”

Commenting on this occasion, Mr. Yehia Elamsy, Country Manager - Gulf, Levant & Egypt for Aruba said: “Our Aruba Mobile First Platform is an intelligent software layer designed to support businesses and smoothen the workflow by providing an innovative solution that connects users with the IoT devices.”

Mr. Ramgopal Menon, General Manager of Kanoo Information Technology elaborated: “In order to thrive in today’s evolving markets, it is critical that organizations recognize how to effectively leverage cloud technologies, collaboration, and mobility to maximize customer engagement and experience.”

Following the event, Mr. Asif Khan, Channel Director – ME for Unify stated: ”Businesses are facing increased pressure to create functional IT tools and communications solutions to engage with customers. If we are to succeed in the UC and Collaboration market, it is vital that our partners are well equipped, trained and supported with the right tools and resources around our solutions offerings.
